Analysis of X-Ray Diffraction Fourier Spectra of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anemarrhenae Rhizoma

目的:建立中药材知母鉴定分析的新方法。方法:采用粉末X-射线技术对中药材知母样品进行Fourier图谱鉴定。结果:获得不同产地的知母样品的各自对照衍射Fourier图谱和特征标记峰值,可对知母药材作出区别和鉴定。结论:通过对照衍射图谱和特征标记峰值分析,获得知母的标准X-射线Fourier图谱和特征标记峰,为知母药材的鉴定提供了新的谱学分析依据。

To find a new appraisal analysis method for a traditional Chinese medicine anemarrhenae rhizoma, X-ray powder technology was used in Fourier spectrum identification of the Chinese herbal medicine anemarrhenae rhizoma sample in this study. The results indicate that the diffraction Fourier spectrum and characteristic tag peak of the anemarrhena rhizoma samples from different producing areas were got for their own contrasts and could be used to distinguish and identify the anemarrhenae rhizoma medicinal materials. Through the contrast and analysis of the diffraction pattern and characteristic marked peaks, the standard X-ray Fourier spectrum and characteristic tag peak of anemarrhenae rhizoma could be obtained to offer a new spectroscopy analysis basis for the identification of the medicinal material Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.
