转基因棉花抗逆性研究进展

转基因棉花抗性研究主要集中在抗虫性、抗除草剂、抗病性、抗旱性和耐盐性等方面,所获得的转基因棉花表现出对逆境具有较强抗性,可显著降低生产成本,提高棉花产量,而且转基因技术对棉花抗逆品种的选育具有重要推动作用。结合最近几年国内转基因棉花抗逆性研究现状,提出了在转基因棉花研究中存在的问题,并对未来棉花抗逆育种的农艺性状、突变体技术、遗传转化和育种评价进行展望。
