外源NO在低温胁迫下对茶树幼苗叶片相对电导率的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Exogenous Nitric Oxide on Relative Conductivity in Tea Seedlings Leaves under Low Temperature Stress

摘要 以-4℃模拟低温胁迫,研究了不同浓度的外源一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)在低温胁迫下对湖南地区大面积种植的4个茶树品种叶片相对电导率的动态变化及其相对下降量的影响。结果表明,外源NO可不同程度地降低低温胁迫下四个茶树品种叶片的相对电导率,且以0.2mmol/L的SNP处理效果最好,但不同品种以及低温胁迫处理时间的长短对外源NO的响应有差异;0.2 mmol/L SNP处理在低温胁迫24 h时对碧香早和湘妃翠的相对电导率相对下降量分别达7.37%和8.68%,在低温胁迫48 h时对白毫早和湘波绿的相对电导率相对下降量分别达7.23%和5.88%。 The effects ofsodium nitroppm sside (SNP) as an exogenous nitric oxide donor atthe -4 ℃ low tem perature stress conditions on the dynam ic changes ofconductivity and relative decline in the amount of contentin tea leaves under low tem perature stress were studied.The results showed thatexogenous NO can reduce the relative conductivity of tea leaves under lowtem perature stress, and to deal with the effect of SNP concentration in 0.2m mol/L for the best, but there are differences in the effects of different varieties and tim es , 0.2m mol/L SNP treatm ent under low tem perature stress 24h declines relative conductivity values in B ixiangzao and X iangfeicui by 7.37% and 8.68% , B aihaozao and X iangbolv decline in the value ofrelative conductivity at48h by 7.23% and 5.88% respectively.
