烤烟废弃鲜叶作为沼气发酵原料的适用性研究 被引量:5

摘要 烤烟废弃鲜烟叶降解较为困难,田间处理不当易造成环境污染和病害传播,为探索烤烟废弃鲜叶的无害化处理、资源化利用方式,试验对比了烤烟废弃鲜叶、烤烟废弃鲜叶加牛粪、烤烟废弃鲜叶加碳铵(NH4HCO3)、稻草秸秆分别作为发酵原料的产气周期和产气率等参数。结果表明,在不进行原料预处理时,烤烟废弃鲜叶可以作为沼气发酵原料正常生产沼气,自然条件下,产气周期在170 d以上、原料产气率在0.3 m3/kg以上;在发酵时添加适量的牛粪或碳铵,能进一步提高烤烟废弃鲜叶的发酵速度和产气率,并以加入鲜牛粪的效果更好。 As degradation of discarded tobacco fresh leaves is difficult and im proper handling in field is liable to cause environm ental pollution and disease spreading, study on the applicability of using discarded tobacco fresh leaves as biogas ferm entation raw m aterial w as conducted forexploring harm lesstreatm entand resourcesutilization m ode.The experim entcom pared the relevantdata offourtreatm entsas ferm entation raw m aterial:discarded tobacco fresh leaves, discarded tobacco fresh leaves+ cow dung, discarded tobacco fresh leaves+N H 4H CO3 and straw stalk.R esults show thatdiscarded tobacco fresh leaves can be used as biogas ferm entation raw m aterialto produce biogas w hen pretreatm ent of raw m aterial is not conducted, and biogas production cycle is above 170 days w ith generation rate above 0.3m 3 under naturalconditions;theaddingofmoderatecow dungorNH4HCO3atthetimeoffermentationcanfurtherimprovefermentationspeedandgas generation rate ofdiscarded tobacco fresh leaves,and the effectofadding cow dung is better.
