摘要
对罗非鱼选育群体线粒体Cytb与D-loop序列遗传变异开展对比研究,得到5个选育世代群体内遗传距离比率范围0.754 67~0.872 81,平均值0.795 15,D-loop标记所得群体间遗传距离是Cytb方法所得相应遗传距离的约1.25倍。根据2种方法得到的群体间遗传分化指数比率范围为1.051 40~2.914 65,平均值为1.506 55。该研究结果可为其他类似研究提供参考。
The genetic structure data of selected Nile tilapia generations from Cytb was compared with that of D-loop. The ratio of genetic distance of 5 generations of Nile tilapia from Cytb to D-loop was in the range of 0.754 67~0.872 81, which averaged 0.795 15. The genetic distance from D-loop was about 1.25 times that from Cytb. The ratio of population specific genetic differentiation indices from Cytb to D-loop was in the range of 1.051 40~2.914 65, and averaged 1.506 55. These results revealed the differences between Cytb and D-loop gene.
