摘要 教育思维是一种教育者基于自己的教育立场或观念,从某个或不同视角对教育问题、现象或事实等进行思考并作出判断、回答、解释或解决的跨学科专业思维。这种思维既具有一般思维的属性和特征,又有教育学科专有的复杂、动态并影响人发展的特点。教师的教育思维是决定教育改革和创新的关键因素。教育思维的形成与发展不仅需要关于思维、学习者、如何进行思维以及教育者自身思维的知识,而且需要教育者具备良好的思维品质和运用娴熟的思维方略。教育思维的教学除了需要教育者对思维知识学以致知、对思维方略习以致会之外,更强调在解决真实教育问题的过程中对所学的思维知识和方式方法用以致能,并在运用正确教育观确定恰当教育目标、选用适当课程内容、营造良好课堂氛围、开展富有挑战性教学活动、评估教育成效等实践中培养其教育思维的习惯。 Educational thinking is a kind of interdisciplinary professional thinking,with which educators think about some educational problems,facts or phenomena in education based on their points of view or perspectives,and judge,answer,explain and solve educational questions,issues or problems. This thinking not only has the attributes and features of general thinking,but also has the special,complex and dynamic characteristics which affect human development in education. Teachers' educational thinking is the key factor deciding the success of educational reform and creativity. The formation and development of educational thinking not only need the knowledge about thinking,learner and educator,but also need educators having good quality of thinking and using thinking strategies skillfully. Instruction of educational thinking should focus on promoting educators learning thinking knowledge,practicing thinking methods and strategies,using the knowledge,methods and strategies to understand and solve educational problems in real classroom,and facilitating educators applying right educational values to determine appropriate educational goals,select appropriate course content,create a good classroom atmosphere,carry out challenging teaching activities,assess educational effectiveness,etc. Finally,these instructional practices will develop the educators' habits of educational thinking.
