摘要
通过对黄河鲤(Cyprinus carpio)胚胎发育的观察和分析,发现黄河鲤卵属于黏性卵,有青灰色和淡黄色等颜色。胚胎发育过程分为7个阶段:受精阶段、卵裂阶段、囊胚阶段、原肠胚阶段、神经胚阶段、器官形成阶段和孵化出膜阶段。一定温度范围内,水温与发育时间呈负相关。水温20.5~22.3℃时,黄河鲤的胚胎发育经历61h。在出膜后第三天,鱼苗开始平游和觅食。
According to observation and analysis of embryonic development of Cyprinus carpio, its eggs belonged to sticky fish egg, with multicolor including gray and pale yellow. The embryonic development of Cyprinus carpio was divided into seven stages: the fertilized stage, the cleavage stage, the blastula stage, the gastrula stage,the neural stage, the organogenesis stage and hatching stage, and there were different development stages at each stage. In a range of temperature, embryo development time was negatively correlated with temperature. The whole process took about 61 h at 20.5-22.3℃. About three days after hatching, the larvae began to swim and consume external food.
