水产动物肠道益生菌的粘附性对于维持动物新陈代谢、能量平衡、促进肠道发育、调节免疫和消化吸收具有极其重要的作用。目前应用较广的益生菌有乳酸菌(Lactic acid bacteria)、芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)、双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)、酵母菌(Yeast)等。本文就水产养殖中常用的益生菌进行探讨,着重介绍了水产动物肠道益生菌粘附性方法的研究现状,旨在为益生菌在水产养殖中的研究及应用提供参考。

The adhesion of intestinal probiotics of aquatic animals plays an important role in maintaining metabolism and energy balance, promoting intestinal development, and regulating immunity and digestive absorption of animal. Lactic acid bacteria, Bacillus, Bifidobacterium and yeast are widely used probiotics. These commonly used probiotics in aquaculture were discussed, and the research progress in their adhesion methods was emphatically summarized in this paper, so as to provide reference for the research and application of probiotics in aquaculture.
