摘要
本文总结了河南省渔业"十二五"发展取得的主要成绩,分析了"十三五"渔业发展面临的形势,提出了"十三五"发展的指导思想、基本原则和发展目标,重点任务,重点工程和保障措施。
This paper reviews the main achievements of fisheries in Henan province during '12th Five-year' and introduces the challenges facing the fishery development in next five years; puting forward the guiding ideology,the basic principle, development object, key tasks, key projects and the safeguard measures in the next five years.
