摘要
目前我国高等院校很多专业都开设生物化学实验课程,其实验项目和考核方式千篇一律,很少考虑到专业的区别和特色,最终影响各专业的实验教学效果。本文以河南师范大学水产学院生物化学实验课程为例,针对传统实验教学和考核方法的弊端,结合水产养殖专业特点设立课程教学目标,提出通过优化实验教学内容,引入设计性实验,丰富教学方式,加大实验室的开放力度,并建立多元化考核标准的改革方案,以期为水产养殖专业生物化学实验教学提供参考。
Nowadays, the course of biochemistry experiment is set up for many majors in institutions of higher learning in China, while, its experiment projects and evaluation mode are the same, which seriously affects the effectiveness of laboratory teaching. This article is based on the biochemistry laboratory teaching in College of Fisheries, Henan Normal University, considering the weakness of traditional laboratory teaching and assessment method, combing with the teaching objectives for aquaculture majors, we put forward the following reforms: optimizing the laboratory teaching contents, introducing the designing experiments, enriching teaching methods, enhancing the access of students to labs, establishing diversified, scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria etc, in the hope of providing references for biochemistry laboratory teaching for aquaculture students.
