Study on the factors influencing the sperm motility of giant salamander

大鲵精子活力在大鲵人工繁殖过程中起着至关重要的作用。研究表明,在越冬水温16-17℃时,精子活力较好;饵料营养的全面均衡也是大鲵精子活力旺盛的保证;在人工培育亲鲵过程中,让亲鲵在仿生态环境中加大运动量,能增强大鲵精子活力;大鲵精子活力与年龄有关,7-12龄大鲵精子活力旺盛。

Sperm motility plays a vital role in the artificial breeding of giant salamander.Study showed that the sperm was more motile with the water temperature at 16-17℃ in winter,which was better guaranteed by the balanced diet nutrition for the giant salamander.During the artificial cultivation process of the giant salamander,to increase their quantity of exercise was helpful for enhancing the sperm motility,which was related to their age,and sperms of giant salamanders at age 7-12 were vibrant.
