大学生创新创业训练项目管理模式的改革研究与探索

Study on the reform of management mode of college students' innovation &entrepreneurship training project

大学生创新创业训练计划,旨在促进高等学校转变传统的教育观念,增强大学生的创新能力和创业能力。当前,很多高校都开展了大学生创新创业训练,但是在项目的实施过程中,缺乏有效的监控、辅导和纠偏机制。本研究从管理模式入手,革新大学生创新创业训练项目评价主体及评价体系,实现对项目的全程管理和即时指导,对大学生创新创业项目的实施和质量提升具有十分重要的意义。

College student innovation and entrepreneurship training projects are designed to promote the transformation of the traditional education concept of higher education,strengthen college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability.At present,many colleges and universities have carried out innovation and entrepreneurship training projects,but with little monitoring,coaching and rectifying in the training process.This study is to innovate the evaluation subjects and system of projects with the management mode,implementing overall manage-ment and the real-time guidance for students,which is significant for the implementation and the improvement of the quality of the project.
