水产养殖学专业生产实习中的思想政治教育工作探析

生产实习是水产养殖学专业实践教学的重要组成部分,加强生产实习期间学生的思想政治教育,是做好"实践育人"教育工作的需要,是贯彻"以人为本"教育理念的需要,也是遵循"全程育人"教育原则的需要。要按照学校与企业共同教育的原则、思想政治教育与企业文化相衔接的原则、深入了解与定期汇报相结合的原则以及教师引导与学生自我教育相结合的原则,多管齐下,多头并进,科学评价,将思想政治教育贯穿于生产实习全过程,进一步增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和有效性。

Production practice is an important part of the practice teaching of aquaculture. Strengthening the ideological and political education of students during the production practice, is necessary in the 'practice education ', 'people-oriented' concept and 'full education' principles. We should follow the principles of the connection of ideological and political education and enterprise culture, school and enterprise common education, thorough understanding and regular reporting, the combination of teacher guidance and students' self education. Ideological and political education throughout the whole process of production practice will enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.
