摘要
简述了我国鲟鱼发展现状,着重从苗种来源、商品鱼规格、产业技术创新和加工业发展4个方面分析了制约鲟鱼产业发展的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了解决问题应采取的技术措施。
This paper briefly described the status quo of the sturgeon in Shanxi province, mainly analyzing the main problems that may limit further development of sturgeon industry, namely the source of seeds, marketable fish norms, innovation of industrial technology and the development of aquatic products processing industry. Technical measures were also proposed accordingly.
