经皮激光椎间盘减压术治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效评价

Curative effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression on treating patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效。方法收集2010-01—2013-12我院住院接受治疗的CSR患者68例,随机分为观察组与对照组各34例,对照组行保守治疗,观察组行PLDD治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率显著高于对照组;观察组治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PLDD治疗CSR疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) on treating pa-tients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR)·Methods 68 patients with CSR in our hospital from January 2010 to De-cember 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group (n=34 ,treated with PLDD) and control group (n=34 ,treated with conservative therapy)· The curative effects of two groups were compared·Results The excellent rate of observation group and JOA score were higher than these of control group;however ,the VAS score and recurrence rate of observation group was lower than these of control group (P<0·05)·Conclusion PLDD treating patients with CSR has better curative effect and less adverse reactions ,which is worthy of application.
