右佐匹克隆协同系统家庭治疗对广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及认知社会功能的影响

Study on the curative effect of eszopiclone tablets combined with systematic family therapy for generalized anxiety disorder and its effect on the social and cognitive function

目的探讨右佐匹克隆协同系统家庭治疗对广泛性焦虑障碍的治疗效果及对患者认知社会功能的影响。方法选择2013-10—2014-11我院广泛性焦虑障碍患者88例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组患者给予右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上协同系统家庭治疗。结果治疗2、3、5、7周后,观察组HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗2、3、5周后,观察组SDRS总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组WCST评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右佐匹克隆协同系统家庭治疗广泛性焦虑障碍能有效提高治疗效果,改善患者认知社会功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of eszopiclone tablets combined with systematic family therapy for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and its effect on the cognitive and social function of the patients. Methods Eighty‐eight patients treated for generalized anxiety disorder in our hospital between October 2013 and November 2014 were selected , and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group ,each with 44 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with eszopiclone tablets ,whereas those in the observation group were given eszopiclone tablets together with systematic family therapy.Results 2 ,3 ,5 and 7 weeks after treatment ,HAMA scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). 2 ,3 and 5 weeks after the treatment ,SDRS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than the control group ,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01) . After treatment ,WCST scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Besides ,the incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment in the observa‐tion group was lower than those in the control group ,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eszo‐piclone tablets combined with systematic family therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect for the treatment of gener‐alized anxiety disorder ,improve the cognitive and social function of the patients and enhance their life quality.
