奥拉西坦联合认知训练对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者预后质量的影响

The effect of oxiracetam combined with cognitive training on prognosis quality for patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction

目的探讨奥拉西坦联合认知训练对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者预后质量的影响。方法 2012-10—2014-10我院诊治的160例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(常规药物治疗及训练)和观察组(奥拉西坦联合认知训练),每组各80例,比较2组治疗的临床疗效、治疗前后MoCA、BI指数分值变化及不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗的总有效率明显提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后MoCA、BI指数分值均明显增高(P<0.05);治疗期间2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论奥拉西坦联合认知训练能够明显改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能,提高患者日常生活水平,并且具有较高的治疗安全性。

Objective To study the effect of oxiracetam combined with cognitive training on prognosis quality for patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction.Method The 160 patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction in our hospital during the period from Oct 2012 to Oct 2014 were randomized into the control group(routine drugs and training treatment)and the observation group(oxiracetam combined with cognitive training treatment)according to the random number method,80 patients per group.The clinical efficacy,the scores of MoCA and BI index on pre-and post-treatment,and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Results compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group(P <0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of MoCA and BI index on posttreatment were significantly increased in the observation group(P <0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion The treatment of oxiracetam combined with cognitive training can significantly improve the cognitive function and increase the daily life level for patients with post-stroke cognitive dysfunction with higher treatment safety.
