摘要
目的探讨耐药性癫痫患者脑脊液中热休克蛋白27相关蛋白1(heat shock 27kDa associated protein 1,HSPBAP1)表达的临床意义。方法采集36例耐药性癫痫患者的脑脊液标本,应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法检测脑脊液HSPBAP1的表达,并与16例对照组进行比较。结果耐药性癫痫患者脑脊液HSPBAP1表达量较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论耐药性癫痫患者脑脊液HSPBAP1表达量明显升高,其可能通过抑制热休克蛋白27(heat shock protein 27,HSP27)的神经元保护作用,导致神经元凋亡及海马苔藓纤维发芽。
Objective To study the expression of heat shock 27 kDa associated protein 1(HSPBAP1)in the cerebrospinal fluid of drug-refractory epilepsy and discuss its clinical significance.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to test the expression of HSPBAP1 in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with drug-refractory epilepsy(n=36)and normal controls(n=16).Results The expression level of HSPBAP1 of patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of HSPBAP1over-expresses in patients with drug-refractory epilepsy,which can result in neural apoptosis and make mossy fiber of hippocampus sprout through inhibiting the neuroprotective effect of heat shock protein 27(HSP27).
