浅谈民办高校图书馆的读者服务工作

A Shallow Discussion on the Reader Service Work in the Private University Library

通过对民办高校图书馆读者服务工作的重要意义的认识,结合民办高校图书馆现存读者服务工作基础薄弱;馆藏结构年代断层明显、工作人员流动性较大等因素进行调查与分析,提出民办高校图书馆读者服务工作要加强馆藏建设的目的性、开展形式多样、生动活泼的导读活动;树立人本思想,开展"以读者为中心"的读者服务工作的改革思路。

Through to the understanding of vital significance of private University library reader service work,and unify the extant factors of private university library :The foundation of reader service work is weak ;the collection structure age fault is obvious;the slant fluidity is big,and so on.Then carry on the investigation and analysis,proposing that the reader service work of private university must strengthen the collection construction,and caring on various formats.spiraled guidance activities;Establish the human-centered ideology and carry out the reader service work busied on "reader as the center".
