教学工作的创新,在观念上,应由应试教育向素质教育转变,变传授知识的教学观为培养学生学会学习的教学观,树立以学生为本的师生观。在实际工作中,应最大限度地培养学生的创新思维能力、实际操作能力以及学会学习的能力;利用现代教育手段搭建教学工作创新的良好平台;改革教学考核制度。

To blage new trails must change sense of education to deal with examination into education to improve accomplishment, must change sense of pure passon knowledge into teaching to learn studying. To set up the sense that the students are the foundation of the school, to foster the students’ thinking ability to blage new trails, practical operating ability and studying ability into fully play. Building the well platform to blage new trails in teaching work and reforming the check system of teaching to make use of the modern education means.
