摘要
介绍了宝马全可变气门控制系统的结构与工作原理及其特点。该系统包括Valvetronic机构和VANOS机构,能够在一定的范围内连续调节气门的正时与升程,实现发动机的无节气门负荷调节,降低了发动机的泵气损失,改善了发动机的性能。
Structure, working principles and characters of BMW’s fully variable engine electronic valve control system are fully described. The system include Valvetronic mechanism and VANOS mechanism, it continually adjusts valve timing and lift in a dimension. It can adjust engine’s load without a throttle butterfly, so it minimize pumping lose and improve engine’s performance.
