健全与完善我国农村金融基础服务体系

Completing and Perfecting Chinese Rural Financial Basic Service System

较充分的数据说明现有农村金融组织偏离服务"三农"的宗旨;指出,党的十六届五中全会提出"建设社会主义新农村"以后,农村金融组织在追求利润最大化的经营战略思想指引下,服务"三农"功能弱化的趋势并未扭转;阐明农村金融基础服务体系的内涵后,提出从三个方面健全与完善农村金融基础服务体系。

Firstly, this article indicates that rural financial organizations deviated from the purpose of serving farmers, countryside and agriculture with sufficient data; Secondly, after the policy of the socialist new village’s construction was proposed in the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the trend that the function of serving farmers, countryside and agriculture is weakening didn’t turn round guided by the management strategy that strive for the maximization of profits; finally, after expounding the connotation of rural financial basic service system, the author suggests that we should perfect the rural financial basic service system of our country from three aspects.
