摘要
作为旅游业"龙头"的旅行社,近些年来在接待人数与收入上均产生了"边缘化"的严重现象。旅行社"边缘化"的原因从自身的角度分析主要有行业结构、产品及服务等方面。旅行社要走出"边缘化"的困境,必须从行业结构调整、产品创新与优质服务等几个方面寻找对策。
As a "leading" of tourism industry, the travel angency has the serious phenomenon of marginalization both in clients and in incomes in recent years. The reasons include industry structure, products, services, and so on. If travel agency wants to get out of the "marginalization", we need to find countermeasures from industry adjusting, product innovation and quality service.
