摘要
加强民办高校党的建设工作,是民办高校可持续发展的重要保障。民办高校党组织在开展工作时出现的"错位"与"越位",是制约民办高校党建工作的"瓶颈"。完善党组织参与决策管理与组织领导机制,完善党的组织建设机制和党的自我管理机制,是解决这一问题的基本路径。
Enhancing the Party building in private-owned colleges is one of the major means to ensure the sustainable development in these colleges. The malpractices and errors in the operation of party organizations are one of main factors that obstacles of Party building. To solve the problem, we should lead efforts to perfect the decision making and leading and mechanism and modify the organizing and self-controlling institutions.
