文章运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,在剖析我国体育产业发展现状的基础上,明确体育产业对经济发展的制约因素,不断探索和总结体育产业自身运动的规律和特点,进而探讨我国体育产业如何纳入国民经济发展的总体战略和规划,制定相关的法律和政策加以规范引导,使体育产业真正成为新世纪的朝阳产业,为我国体育产业的国际化提供理论参考。

In the means of logical induction and bibliographic, this article gives us a clear analysis of constrains that sports industry have upon our national industry and summarizes the rules and features of this industry based on the current situation. Furthermore, it research into the problem of how to include sport industry into the overall strategy and comprehensive plan of our national economics. It also gives advice on the related legislation and policy making. Thus, it provides a theoretical guidance on the ways of making it a sunrise industries and the internationalization of it.
