Today’s Sociaty Calls for Elite in the Field of Law

我国的法律职业应当是社会精英担任的职业,因此,法律工作者也应当是社会的精英。这是由我国依法治国方略中法律职业的地位和作用决定的。要使法律工作者成为精英的法律人才,一方面,要用马列主义毛东泽思想和科学发展观教育法律职业的现代大学生,用传统文化的精髓培育他们健康完善的人格;另一方面,要使他们具有法律信仰、职业伦理和理解公平正义的心智。唯其如此,才能使他们打造成为精英的法律人才,为建设中国特色社会主义强国贡献力量。

In our counrty, law occupations should be taken by elite, therefor, lawyers should be elite in sociaty. This is decided by the position and functions of law according to our national policy as well as our country’s opening and reforms and socialist market economics. To creat elite in the field of law, we should in one hand educate law majors in colleges with Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought and sientific cncept of dvelopment and in the other hand infuese them with the essences of our traditional culture to make them have a firm belief in law and a proper understanding of occupational ethics and fair competition.
