摘要
文化有突出的社会价值和社会地位。在市场经济条件下,我国文化表现为价值的多元性、主体的多样性、形式的丰富性、传播的快捷性、参与的主动性、表现的多层性、中西的融合性、批评的宽容性等特点,但也存在诸多伪劣的现象。为了推动我国文化事业的大发展大繁荣,应坚持核心价值观,强化社会道德意识,引导文化消费,完善管理制度,加强打击力度,推进文化创新,增强文化发展活力。
Culture has high social value and distinguished social statue. Under the condition of market economy, our national culture embodies the following features: diversity of value; multi-faced bodies; greatly enriched forms; quick transmitting system; highly initiative participant; abundant expressing forms; good combinaation of East and West, tolerance for critics, and so on. But it also has many bad phenomena. To gain greater development and prosperity for our national cultural career, efforts should be made in the following aspects: insist on core values, enhance social moral consciounsess, guide cultural consumption, perfect managing system, enforce the efforts of combating bad cultural phenomena, encourage cutural innovation, inject vitality into the development of cuture.
