城镇化过程中失地农民市民化问题探讨——基于银川市民乐村失地农民市民化现状的调查

On Discussing the Problem of Field-lost Farmers Becoming City Residents in the Process of Farms Changing into Cities and Towns——On the Basis of Survey of Field-lost Farmers’ Current Situation in Lecun Village in Yinchuan

文章从户口、收入来源、生活方式、社会互动等方面对宁夏银川市民乐村农民在失地前后进行了考察和对比分析,认为失地农民的市民化是一个综合的社会转变过程,其不仅仅是户口的转变,还存在社会保障和社会关系的重塑、思想意识的变迁等问题。解决失地农民市民化的问题,必须统筹兼顾,需要综合考虑各方面的因素,才能从根本上解决失地农民的生活和出路问题。

From different aspects such as registered residence,source of income,patterns of living and social interaction,the article discusses and analyses contrastively about the farmers’ situation in Lecun Village in Yinchuan,Ningxia before and after their fields are lost.It is believed that field-lost farmers becoming city residents is a comprehensive process of social transformation,which is far more than the transformation of registered residence.It concerns the remolding of social security and social relationship,changes of idea consciousness,etc.We should consider every factor and have a unified plan so as to take into consideration every aspect of the matter in solving problems appeared in the process of field-lost farmers becoming city residents such as those farmes’ living problem and way out.
