摘要
阐述我国软件人才供需现状,分析高校软件人才培养与软件企业需求不符的原因,指出按职业需求确定培养目标,设置课程体系,实施培养过程,加强师资队伍建设,这是我国高校培养实用型软件人才的策略。
This paper first elaborates the actuality of software talents supply and demand in our country and expounds the reason why higher education of software is inconsistent with enterprise requirement.Then it points out it is the proper strategy of training the practical software talents in university that determining education goals,establishing course system,implementing training,strengthening teachers troop construction accord to enterprise demand.
