调查结果显示,高校学生的勤工助学出现新的良好的发展态势,一方面,人数不断增加,另一方面。取得一定的社会效益和成功经验。但也存在岗位供不应求、维权困难和安全隐患等问题。为提高勤工助学绩效,从组织者层面,应正确引导,拓宽渠道,做好维权,加强考核,相互借鉴,不断完善,以实现可持续发展。

The investigation result shows that the part-time job facilitating system in colleges and universities ap- pears a fresh and good development condition.On one side,the number of the students who take work-study positions is increasing continuously;on the other side,certain social benefits and successful experience have been achieved.However, some problems also exist such as short supply of work-study positions,difficulty of safeguarding students’rights and inter- ests,as well as potential safety hazard.To improve the performance of part-time job facilitating system and to realize sus- tainable development,organizers should guide correctly,widen channels,safeguard their rights and interests,and avoid potential safety hazard.
