抓好"三落实",是提高大学生入党启蒙教育质量的重要环节。三落实是落实受教育主体,落实教育者的职责,落实教育内容。落实受教育主体是提高入党启蒙教育质量的基础,通过查阅学生档案、开展入学教育、个别谈话和军训等活动确定受教育主体;落实教育者的联系职责,培养职责,教育职责是提高入党启蒙教育的必要前提;落卖教育内容是提高入党启蒙教育的核心,要把端正入党动机、加强对党基本知识的认知、培养对学业的进取精神,作为教育内容的重中之重。

Paying adequate attention to"the three implementations"is an important part in increasing the quality of college students’ formative education of admission into the Party."The Three Implementations"refer to implement the sub- ject of the educatee,implement the duty of educators and implement the content of teaching.Implementing the subject of the educatee is the base of increasing the quality of college students’ formative education of admission into the Party.The subject of the educatee can be determined by looking up the students’ files,setting up freshman orientation,individual dis- cussions and military training,etc.Implementing the educators’ relation duty,training duty and education duty is its nec- essary precondition.Implementing the content of teaching is the core.Assisting to set a correct motivation of joining the Party,strengthening the acknowledgement of basic knowledge of the Party,and training students’ aggressiveness on study are the most important in the education content.
