职业选择是人的生物属性的需要,是人变化性需求的表现,体现人全面发展的追求和社会对人性的的尊重。当下,社会为人们的职业选择创造很多有利条件,提供了更多的机遇,拓宽了人们职业选择的空间。展示良好的职业形象;保持良好的心态;构建综合能力结构;打牢善良的道德基础;正确对待"跳槽",是职业选择的应对策略。

Career choice is the need of human being’s biological property as well as the performance of human being’s demand for variability,which shows human being’s chase for intergrated development and the social respect to human nature.At present,for people’s career choice,the society creats a great many advantages and offers more chances as well,which widens space for people’s career choice.The coping strategies suggested are as follows:displaying a good image of career,keeping good state of mind,building comprehensive structure,laying solid moral foundation of kindness and holding a correct attitude towards "job hopping".
