As important linguistic phenomena,rhetorical figures have been applied in many texts in Hope English.With the examples in the textbook of Hope English,the article analyzes the application of rhetorical figures commonly used in it,and investigates the definitions and structures of these rhetorical figures so as to help students have a better understanding of the texts and have a further improvement on their language performance as well as their integrated cultural quality.
