The Opportunities,Risks and Countermeasures that China Enterprises are Facing in Overseas Investment Under Global Financial Crisis

全球金融危机给中国海外投资带来了难得的机遇。但跨国投资也蕴藏着许多风险。为避免金融危机带来的风险,中国政府与企业须采取一定的对策:如抓住危机中的机遇,重点投资新兴经济体和发展中国家;优化政策环境,完善服务和监管体系;谨慎实施海外"抄底";借鉴国际经验。

The current global financial crisis has given China a rare opportunity to conduct overseas investment.But this transnational investment contains many risks as well.To avoid the risks caused by the financial crisis,certain countermeasures should be taken by Chinese government and enterprises,such as:seize the opportunities in the crisis,focus on the investment on emerging economies and developing countries,optimize the policy environment,perfect the systems of services and supervision,carry out cautiously "the lowest price deal" in overseas investment,make use of international experiences and focus on the construction of investment promotion and safeguard mechanism.
