摘要
高校图书馆员的员工绝大多数人是安心工作,敬业爱岗的,但也不可否认,其中也潜藏一些负面的心理状态,主要表现为:自咎心理、自愧心理、自弃心理、自卑心理、自馁心理。产生这种负面的心理,主要是社会价值多元化和客观环境以及个人心理的承载能力的影响。要化解负面心态,除了不断改善图书馆的客观条件以外,最为重要的还是要依赖于员工的自勉、自审、自信、自许和自尊。
Most of the librarians in colleges and universities show dedication to their careers and work heart and soul.But it can’t be denied that some negative moods are hided,which are mainly:self-abuse,self-shame,self-abandoning,self-abasement and self discouragement.These negative psychologies are affected mainly by diversification of social values,objective environment and personal psychological carrying capacity.To settle these negative psychologies,except that we should improve the objective conditions in the libraries continuously,the most important thing is that we should rely on the librarians’ self-encouragement,self-survey,self-confidence,self-approval and self-esteem.
