学风建设是高校的治学之本。文章阐述了目前高校学风的现状及存在的问题,并对影响学风建设的内外因素进行了剖析。学风建设是一个系统工程,涉及教学、管理、服务、环境等方面,在具体的建设实践中,应强化"人文"特色,从师德教风、思想政治教育、考核评价、学风激励、学风管理、校园文化、学习生活条件、全员共建机制等方面,全面加强高校的学风建设。
