唐君毅是中国现代史上著名的哲学家,也是现代新儒家的代表人物之一。他一生从事于新儒学的研究和宣传,为新儒学的发展作出了卓越的贡献。他关于中国儒家伦理精神的阐释,对于构建社会主义和谐社会,弘扬社会主义精神文明,仍然具有积极的启迪意义。

Tang Jun-yi was one of the important representatives of modern new Confucianism,as well as a famous philosopher in China modern history.He had studied and propagated modern new Confucianism all through his life and made great contributions to its development.His illuminations on the ethics spirit of Chinese Confucianism had positive enlightenment significances for building the harmonious socialist society and promoting socialist spiritual civilization.
