民办高校社会责任履行与政府监管的博弈论分析

The Game Theory Analysis of Implementing Private Universities’ Social Responsibility and Strengthening Government Regulation

确保办学的公益性,积极承担社会责任,是民办高校可持续发展的基石。当前,由于民办高校的求利性和政府监管制度的滞后等多种因素的影响,民办高校在办学过程中存在着种种社会责任缺失现象,极大地损害了民办高校及整个民办高等教育的公信力、竞争力。本文运用博弈论的方法,分析民办高校社会责任履行与政府监管之间关系,提出民办高校和政府的行为策略。

Ensuring the public benefit of running schools and taking social responsibility positively are the footstones for private universities’ sustainable development.Currently,because of the influence of many factors such as private universities’ chasing for profits,government’s regulation system,etc,there are some phenomena of social responsibility deficiency in private universities in the process of running the school,which harmed greatly the credibility and competitiveness of private universities and even private higher education system as a whole.By applying the Game Theory,this essay analyzed the relationship between the implementation of private universities’ social responsibility and government’s regulation,and then proposed behavior strategies of private universities and the government.
