摘要
中国的民营企业大都选择了家族治理模式,这与家族企业在公司治理方面所具有特殊的效率密不可分。家族企业能否顺利延续并保持其繁荣,在很大程度上取决于能否成功地解决传承问题。"子承父业"是目前中国家族企业传承的主流模式,这种代际传承模式的选择是由我国的国情、民情所决定的;但要成功传承,化解交班过程中可能产生的危机,家族企业创始人应高瞻远瞩,及早谋划,有计划、有步骤地对继任者进行培养,并通过有效的制度安排,合理确定企业的开放边界,向现代家族企业演进。
Private enterprises in China mostly take family management mode,which is closely related with the special efficiency of family enterprise in corporate governance.Whether a family enterprise could continue and maintain its prosperity depends largely on whether it can inherit successfully.Son inheriting father’s business is the main stream model of family business succession in current China.Choosing this intergenerational inheritance model is determined by national and people’s conditions in China.To inherit successfully and resolve possible crisis in the process,the family business founder should take a broad and long-term view,should plan early,should cultivate and train his successor according to plan and step by step,and should also determine the enterprise’s reasonable open boundary by efficient institutional arrangement,so as to evolve to modern family enterprises.
