摘要 师生交往的结构和维度的准确把握,是构建有效性师生交往的关键。师生交往主体、内容、方式、情感及效果等方面的综合体现是衡量师生交往有效性的重要维度,而在有效师生交往维度中又涉及多种因素,主要包括交往主体的认知因素、情感因素以及言语和行为因素,它们之间相互融合、相互影响,共成交往结构整体。 An accurate understanding to the structure and dimensionality of interaction between teachers and students is the key to building up effective interaction between them.Comprehensive reflection on many aspects such as the body,the content,means,feelings,effects,etc,is an essential dimensionality to measure the efficiency of interaction between teachers and students.While effective interaction dimensionality between teachers and students involves in many factors,which mainly include the main body’s recognition factor,feeling factor,language factor and behavior factor.They integrate with each other,affect each other and combine a wholly structure of interaction.
