论司法考试背景下法学专业核心课程的教学测试

Teaching Test on Core Courses about Major of Laws under the Background of Judicial Examinations

法学专业核心课程的教学测试,应该服务于司法考试的实际需要。平时考核的依据,还是应以平常作业的表现为主,而不是以学生到课率以及课堂上随机回答问题为主。关于期末考试的开展,原则上还是采行闭卷考试,而提升命题质量,则是主要的精进方向。题型方面,大幅提高客观题的比重,相应压缩主观题的比重,废弃一些老旧题型。在题量以及题目难度方面,应予增大,以演训学生的快速解题能力。对于法理学、中国法制史等理论法学课程以及刑法学、民法学等部门法学课程的教学测评,予以特别关注,并针对各课程的自身特点,有的放矢。

Teaching test on core courses about major of laws should serve for the practical need of judicial examinations.Assessment at ordinary times should be based on students’ performances on daily homework rather than based on students’ attendance and random answers to questions in class.As for the final examinations,it’s better to apply for close-book exams basically.The major part to be improved is to improve the quality of the examinations.On the aspect of question types,the ratio of objective questions should be increased grammatically,while the ratio of subjective questions should be cut down accordingly,and some old and out-of-date question types should be abandoned.On the aspect of numbers and difficulty of questions,both should be increased,so as to assess students’ ability of solving questions quickly.As for the teaching assessment of some theoretical and practical courses about major of laws,such as jurisprudence,history of Chinese law,criminal law and civil law,etc,great attention should be paid to,and different methods should be used according to their distinct characteristics of each course.
