利益相关者视阈下的民办高校教学质量管理机制创新研究 被引量:2

Innovation Research on Teaching Quality Management Mechanism in Private Universities in the View of Stakeholders

摘要 民办高校也是一个典型的利益相关者组织,民办高校管理者、教师,学生与学生家长、政府、用人单位等都是民办高校的利益相关者。民办高校应关注并满足各利益相关者对教学质量的合理诉求,创新民办高校教学质量管理机制,建立健全多元利益相关者参与的教学质量决策机制、监督机制和评价机制,把民办高校教育之内部利益相关者与外部利益相关者纳入质量评价的视域。 Private universities being typical organizations of stakeholders, the managers, teachers, students, students’ parents, governments as well as employment units, etc, are all stakeholders of private universities. Private universities should pay attention to and satisfy their reasonable demands on teaching quality, should innovate teaching quality management mechanism, should build up and perfect monitoring mechanism, evaluation mechanism and teaching quality decision-making mechanism that involves all these stakeholders, and should also bring all the stakeholders into the field of quality evaluation.
