Strategies for Stablizing Teachers in Private Colleges from the Perspective of Game Theory

民办高校教师流动的主要目的是为了追求效用最大化。从博弈论的视角来看,教师流动有其客观合理性和必然性,民办高校只有在良性的人才流动中才能获得健康的活力和持续的发展。但在动态的"囚徒困境"重复博弈中,博弈双方就会选择适当的合作策略,最终形成合作性均衡。因此,民办高校为稳定教师队伍,应树立合理流动的理念,建立信息对称与共享机制,构建有吸引力和激励效用的薪酬机制。

The purpose of the flow of teachers in private colleges is to pursue utility maximization.From the perspective of game theory,there is objective rationality and inevitability in the flow of teachers.Only through virtuous flow of talents can private colleges get healthy vitality and sustainable development.In the dynamically repeated games of prisoner’s dilemma,the two sides of the games will choose appropriate cooperation strategy,which will eventually lead to cooperative equilibrium.Therefore,private colleges should set up the idea of rational flow and establish information asymmetry and sharing mechanism and attractive and incentive payment mechanism.
