随着我国民主法治建设的不断迈进,越来越多的知识女性怀着对法治梦想的憧憬,用自己的特质、汗水和智慧诠释着法律的真谛,在民事、少审、调解等领域描绘起一道道亮丽的风景线,为法官、法院直至法治建设贡献着自己的力量。然而,由于女性群体存在生理、心理和身份的特殊性,女法官的成长还存在着为数不少的问题,为此,应从打破传统束缚、加强学习培训、改变晋升机制等几个方面改善女法官的境遇,以激励女法官怀着更加昂扬向上的精神风貌和"巾帼不让须眉"的拼搏精神创造更加辉煌的业绩。

With the development of China’s democracy and law system,more and more intellectual women,who have a great longing for nomocracy,are dedicating their share to the construction of judge,court and rule of law with their diligence and wisdom.They are a shaft of brilliant scenery in the field of civil cases,juvenile delinquency,mediation,etc.However,there are some problems in the growth of female judges due to the particularity of their physiology,psychology and identity.Therefore,it is necssary to improve female judges’ circumstances from breaking the bonds of convention,strengthening study and training and changing mechanism of promotion so as to encourage them to create more brilliant performance with more uplifting spirit and fighting spirit that woman is not inferior to any man.
