坚定“三个认同”:民进会的时代使命

增进"三个认同"是各民主党派与中国共产党风雨同舟历史经验的总结升华,是巩固和发展中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的需要,也是民主党派加强自身建设的需要,还是新时期夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利的客观要求。"三个认同"中,目标认同是基础,道路认同是关键,价值认同是核心,三者是有机联系的整体。民进会要巩固"三个认同",就要正确把握民进会发展的新情况、新问题,深入开展以"三个认同教育"为主题的教育活动,不断加深对"三个认同"的认识;要外化于行,将"三个认同"践行活动寓于会员的日常工作生活和会员履职活动之中;要固化于制,引导和激励全体会员"三个认同"践行活动;要以实施"同心"工程为着力点,积极推进全会巩固"三个认同"。民进会只有巩固"三个认同",才能在共圆"中国梦"的时代征程中信念更加坚定、目标更加明确、行动更加自觉。

Promoting "the Three Identifications" is the summation and distillation of the historic experience of the CPC and all the democratic parties which have stood together through thick and thin. It is the need to consolidate and develop the Chinese Communist Party-led multi-party cooperation and political consultation system, the needs to strengthen democratic parties’ construction, and the objective need to win new victories of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Of the three Identifications, target identification is the base, road identification the key and value identification the core. They are an organic whole. To consolidate the "three identifications", the China Association for Promoting Democracy should correctly grasp the new situation and new problems in its development, carry out the "three identifications" education as the theme of educational activities and deepen the "three identifications" understanding. Meanwhile, the Association must externalize the three identifications into action by putting practical activities into members’ daily work and life and their duty performance. Besides, the Association must solidify the three identifications into system and guide and encourage all the members to participate in the practical activities. Moreover, the Association must consistently enhance the consciousness of the three identifications through implementing the Concentricity Project. Only by sticking to solidifying the three identifications can the China Association for Promoting Democracy have stronger faith, clearer target and more conscious action in the journey of fulfilling the Chinese Dream.
