摘要
随着我国基础教育新课程改革的开展,高中历史教师主体身份建构问题凸显重要。但是由于我国基础教育管理体制改革落后于课程改革、积重难返的学科等级惯习和教师自身提高意识的不足等因素影响,现实中高中历史教师主体身份建构在"我的价值是什么"、"我该怎么做"等方面却出现危机。现阶段,应加快基础教育管理体制改革,建立有效的教师培训制度;加强新课程改革理念的推广,加速向素质教育模式转变;建立健全奖励和惩罚措施,激励高中历史教师成长进步等,以建构清晰、明确、稳定的身份感。
With the development of new basic education curriculum reform in China, the importance is highlighted for the identity construction of history teachers in high schools. However, due to factors such as basic education management system reform lagging behind curriculum reform, diehard discipline level habitus and the lack of self-improvement awareness, there emerges crisis in aspects such as "What is my value" and "what can I do" for high school history teachers’ identity construction. At present, there are a few strategies to construct a clear, explicit and stable identity for high school history teachers. Firstly, it is to reform basic education management system and establish effective teacher training system. Secondly, it is to strengthen the spreading of new curriculum reform concept and accelerate the shift to quality education. Thirdly, it is to establish and reward and punishment mechanism to motivate the progress of high school history teachers.
