论教师在创造型课堂教学中的主体创造性

On Teachers’ Subjectivity in the Creative Teaching

摘要 创造型课堂教学认为,课堂教学要为培养高素质的创造性人才服务,教师在教学中就必须充分发挥主体的创造性。教师应创造性地处理教材:要把探索知识的过程看得重于学习结论,要把解决重点难点的教学过程变为学生探索知识的过程;要把学术新成果补充到教学内容中去,使学生认识到科学是不断发展的。教师应当把教学的主要精力凝聚在培养学生的创新精神和创造能力上,努力发现、呵护、发展学生的创新精神和创造潜能。 Creative classroom teaching holds that classroom teaching must serve to train high-quality creative talents Teachers must play their subjectivity in the teaching.Teachers should deal with the textbook creatively,attaching greater importance to the process of exploring the knowledge than learning the conclusions,converting the teaching process of solving the key and difficult points into the process of exploring knowledge by students,adding the new academic achievements to teaching contents,and making students understand that science is developing constantly.Teachers should devote their main energy to cultivating their students’ creative spirit and ability,making efforts to find out,care,and develop the students’ creative spirit and potential.
