司法考试背景下的国际法教学模式研究

Research of the Teaching Mode of International Law under the Background of National Judicial Examination

摘要 在司法考试背景下,国际法教学模式应予创新。在教学内容的组织方面,围绕基本内容和重点内容来组织教学,同时注重学科间的融会贯通,服务于法学教学的全局,拉抬法学教学的整体效果;在教学方法的运用方面,以讲授法为教学基本方法,更为广泛地运用案例分析法和讨论法;在实践教学的开展方面,以模拟法庭的实践教学、法律诊所实践教学、专业性质的辩论赛为主要着力点,盘活国际法实践教学;在教学测评的实施方面,完善平时考核的依据,提升期末考试的命题质量,全面改进国际法的教学测评。 The teaching mode of international law should be innovated under the background of judicial examination.In terms of organization of teaching content,it is recommended to organize teaching by sticking to the basic content and key content,while focusing on mastery of the interdisciplinary and services in the global law teaching so as to boost the overall effect of law teaching.In the use of teaching methods,it is suggested to use the method of lecturing as the basic method,while using case analysis and discussion more extensively.In carrying out the practice of teaching,it is advised to use the moot court and legal clinic practice teaching and the professional debate competition as the main focal point to activate the practical teaching of international law.In the implementation of teaching evaluation,the usual evaluation basis should be improved and the quality of the final exams be enhanced to comprehensively improve the teaching evaluation of international law.
