摘要
英国2013诽谤法是在国内国际双层压力之下改革的结果。此次改革主要是扩大了被告的抗辩范围,从而加强了对言论自由的保护。英国诽谤法与时俱进的改革,对于我国诽谤法律制度的现代化有一定的借鉴和启示意义。
The 2013 British Libel Law is the result of reform under the domestic and international pressure,which mainly expands the scope of the defendant’s defense,thereby strengthening the protection of freedom of expression.The reform,which keeps pace with the times,has certain reference and enlightenment for the modernization of the libel law system.
