Culture and technology integration has become the new trend of development of cultural industries in Changsha.However,the development and integration of culture and technology is still insufficient and there are still some issues.For example,the basic working mechanism of culture and technology integration needs to be improved.Approaches for culture and technology integration call for further expansion.Culture and technology integration efficiency needs to be improved.Solutions to these problems are as follows:strengthening the platform of culture and technology integration development,establishing a systematic policy-driven mechanism to promote cultural and technological integration and development,establishing human resource development mechanism which supports culture and technology integration and so on.
